Title IX Coordinator
The Chief Inclusion Officer is also the Title IX coordinator, as well as the Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action officer. This individual is designated by the University to coordinate its efforts to comply with and carry out its responsibilities under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), The Age Discrimination Act of 1975, and other equal opportunity and affirmative regulations and laws. He is also responsible for overseeing and administering this policy. The Title IX Coordinator can provide information about TCU’s policies regarding Title IX and will ensure that such complaints are addressed by the appropriate University officials. The Title IX Coordinator will assist the parties in receiving support services and will facilitate any interim measures during the investigation.
